GTC Transaction Coordinator 

Once a listing agreement is signed or an offer is accepted, order a GTC Transaction Coordinator to help get you to closing.

The GTC Transaction Coordinator will:
  • Access your transaction management system to review real estate transaction documents and input information upon request.
  • Execute tasks and monitor deadlines determined by the Purchase Agreement.  This includes introductions to all other parties to the transaction and settlement service providers.
  • Request an updated commitment and submit necessary documentation to the title company.
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections upon request.
  • Communicate with buyers regarding lender information/status.
  • Ensure all contingencies are cleared, each deadline is met and all documents are in order, prior to closing.
  • Coordinate the closing with all parties.
  • Review closing documents for accuracy.
  • Communicate with sellers on the closing process and handle questions.
  • Send out reminders for any items needed at closing.
  • Contact you if there is a problem or if there are any third-party delays in executing any of the steps.
  • Keep you and your client informed as to the progress of the transaction.
  • Send out occupancy and/or water escrow reminders post-closing.

Fee:  $300.00 per list side of transaction only
          $300.00 per buy side of transaction only
          $350.00 for both list side and buy side of the transaction

Note
:  GTC Transaction Coordinators cannot write contracts or negotiate.

  • Purchase Agreement and all Addendums/Amendments
  • Copy of EMD
  • Lender Pre-approval Letter
